Privacy Policy

This policy covers nationalcasinoguide.com. It explains what we collect, why, and how long we keep it. We are an independent guide, not National Casino. When you leave our site through a link, the other site's own privacy policy applies.

What we collect when you read the site

We do not use analytics, advertising cookies or tracking pixels, and we do not ask you to log in.

Our web server keeps a standard access log: your IP address, the page you asked for, the time, your browser's user agent and the page you came from. We use it to keep the site running and to stop abuse. These logs are deleted after 14 days.

The site runs behind Cloudflare, a network service that protects it and delivers pages quickly. Cloudflare processes your request under its own privacy policy and may set a short security cookie.

What we collect when you use the contact form

The form asks for your name and your message, and for your e-mail address only if you want a reply. We use them only to read your message and reply to you.

Your message is passed to the editor through a private Telegram chat. Telegram is a messaging service based outside Australia and handles it under its own privacy policy. We also keep a record of it on our server, together with your browser's user agent and a shortened code made from your IP address, so we can stop spam and repeated messages. We do not keep your IP address itself with the message.

The messages and records on our server are deleted after 90 days. The copy in our Telegram chat stays there until we delete it. The short-lived anti-spam data is deleted within two days.

We do not sell, rent or share what you send us with National Casino or anyone else, and we do not add you to a mailing list.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it or ask us to delete it. Write to us through the contact form and say what you need. We answer within 30 days.

If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC).

Changes

If we change how we handle data, we update this page and the date at the top.
