About This Guide and Our Method
National Casino Guide is an independent guide to one casino, National Casino, written for players in Australia; it is not the casino and does not act for it.
Who publishes this guide
The guide is published by National Casino Guide. We are not owned by the casino, we do not run any casino, and the casino does not review or approve what we write.
Some links on this site are affiliate links: if you sign up through them, we may earn a commission. They are marked "Affiliate link". A commission does not change what we publish, and every fact is shown with its source so you can check it yourself.
Who writes it
The pages are written and checked by Jordan Ashby, a pen name used by the guide's editorial team. Jordan Ashby compares each statement with its source using the method below. We do not claim credentials or years of experience for the pen name.
How we check facts
We look at National Casino the way an Australian visitor sees it:
- We open the casino's site from an Australian connection, in its Australian English version, with prices in AUD. We describe only that Australian version.
- We read the casino's terms, bonus terms and public pages, and the data its site and payment provider publish without a login.
- We compare what the casino says with independent records: ACMA's reports, formal warnings and list of blocked gambling websites, licence registers and domain registration records.
- We do not register, log in or deposit. Anything visible only inside an account is marked as not checked.
- We do not publish alternative addresses for the casino or ways around blocks.
What the status labels mean
Every fact on this site shows one of four labels, its source and the date we checked it:
- Confirmed at source — an independent record shows it, or we saw it in the casino's own live system.
- Casino says — the casino states it in its own text or terms; we could not check it in practice.
- Figures differ — the casino's own pages, or the casino and a regulator, give conflicting information.
- Not found — we looked where it should be and did not find it on that date.
We do not rate the casino or say whether it is good or bad. The facts and their dates are the guide.
When facts change
Casino terms and offers change. When we check again, the date next to each fact changes with it. Each review page shows under its heading the date it was last checked.
Corrections
If you find a fact that is wrong or out of date, tell us through the contact page. We check every report against the source and correct the page if we were wrong.
